My Story
Movement changed my life, and I want it to change yours too.
For years, movement meant miles. Five Ironman finishes, more marathons than I can count, and two All World Gold titles taught me what the body can do when you ask everything of it.
Then, a few years ago, an autoimmune diagnosis changed the conversation. The same body that carried me to those finish lines was now asking me to slow down and listen. I had to learn a different kind of strength, one built on balance, recovery, and paying attention, rather than just pushing through.
Yoga is where I found it. It became the place I rebuilt my body to be not only strong, but balanced, mobile, and calm. The practice that helped me find my footing is the one I now teach, to runners chasing a finish line, to anyone managing what their body hands them, and to people who just need a quiet moment on the mat.
Today I teach across Tulsa and online, blending strength and stillness into one practice. Wherever you are starting from, there is a place for you here.
Let's find your why, together. 💚
Off the Mat
When I'm not on the mat, you'll find me visiting my youngest in Chicago or snowshoeing through the Adirondacks.
At home, I'm happiest with my two pups, Boone and Max, nearby, knitting or trying out new recipes, the kind of slow, hands-on things that keep me present.
Movement has always been part of how I connect, with the people I love, the places that keep me grounded, and the quiet moments in between. 💚
